Shipping and Delivery Time
Our shipping department ships from Morgantown, West Virginia, USA Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Orders will typically go out within 1–2 business days.
All shipments within the United States will use USPS Media Mail (*2-8 business days).
Pula Musica Publishing does not ship internationally.

Shipment Errors
If your shipment is returned “Undeliverable” due to an address error, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you to resolve it. Omissions or errors in the shipping address provided by the customer will be the customer’s responsibility, and an additional shipping fee may be required. Shipping errors on the part of Pulsa Musica Publishing will be resolved as quickly as possible at no additional charge.
Returns/Refunds
If your purchase arrives in a damaged condition, we will replace it at no cost to you provided you contact Pulsa Musica Publishing within 3 business days. We may ask that you provide proof of the damage in the form of a picture(s).
Print Music
We do NOT accept returns on non-defective print music. It is considered the customer’s responsibility to make an informed purchase.

Downloadable Products
We do NOT provide refunds for downloadable sheet music. If you need assistance obtaining your download (e.g., an expired link), please contact Pulsa Music Publishing for assistance.
